Any products purchased directly from Alma Ocean have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery and must be met within the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, received in its original packaging, be in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for shipping back merchandise back at their expense.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
- Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you, accompanied by all original documentation.

Defective or Damaged Policy
Any Damaged or Defective goods must be communicated to Alma Ocean by email within 14-days from when the item is received.

- Date of purchase

- Photos of damaged/defective item
- Where you purchased
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 5-7 business days from our receipt of the package for your account to be credited.
